A senior member of the team, Chris has extensive claims experience of managing large books of liability business and also carrying out successful commutations for the various Lloyd’s Syndicates.
Classes covered include casualty, property D&F, motor, medical malpractice, political risk, professional indemnity, construction defect and SME commercial combined with experience of the legal systems in the UK, Ireland, USA, Holland and Australia.
Chris was involved with the implementation of Lloyd’s Minimum Standards, helped develop claims management and reserving philosophies, document claims management procedures, written claims business plans, performance managed third party service providers and introduce claims audit protocols.
