CHRIS LARCOMBE
Chris has 21 years experience in the London Market in reinsurance inspections of cedants in all classes of business in Europe and USA saving clients £ millions in reduced claims from technical and forensic analysis of reinsurance claims and identifying and resolving contractual and cession issues. He has carried out successful commutations and been involved in extensive client support in arbitrations. He has also carried out many coverholder and TPA audits, and been run-off manager for an international book of business. He is fluent in French and has a very good level of understanding of Italian, German and Spanish.
Chris also performs royalty audits for the music and entertainment industry representing artists and songwriters to enable recovery of their entitlement to unpaid royalties. This work involves in-depth investigation and forensic auditing and claims management for preparation of possible litigation support. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and in addition Chris has contributed to various articles in Reinsurance magazines.
